Blue 65 cm Puncture Resistant Exercise Ball with Hand Pump Review

(More customer reviews)I have the ball in blue, 65cm. It's fine. I'd recommend that Valeo ball over these. I bought a 75cm Valeo ball and it came with a foot pump, circumference measuring strap, workout poster, and plug pulling tool. I bought the Valeo ball because this ball seemed too small. I didn't inflate this ball to the proper size - it's hard to tell what is the correct size without the circumference measuring strap. Anyway, this ball is fine, but the stuff that comes with the valeo ball makes it a better value in my opinion.
I can't say every Valeo ball came with this stuff, but mine did and the product information does not state that it comes with anything. Link and item info for the Valeo ball is below.

Teeter Hang Ups EZ Up Inversion Rack Review

(More customer reviews)I wanted one of these for a long time. I just didn't know it. I always loved the Hangup Boots, but never bought them because I didn't want the big inversion table. Then I woke up one morning with a drive to get the boots and just find something (a jungle gym perhaps) to hang from. And then I saw this rack that hangs in your door. It was perfect! It installed easily in my studio doorway. It can be used for pullups or just something to stretch out with everytime I walk in and out of the room. Our daughter is constantly climbing on it and inadvertantly getting great exersise. I did get the inversion boots as well and try to find ten minutes a day to hang upside down. It gets blood to the brain and takes pressure off the spine. You can get a totally different work out being inverted. I highly recommend this to everyone, but especially fellow yogis. Yoga is great for working out back problems and this rack (paired with the Hangup boots) really helps with strengthening and lengthening the back. Cobra pose without a floor!
I am glad I didn't hessitate in getting this. I use it everyday.

I have been frustrated by inversion tables because they did not stretch the muscles in my lower back very well. Literally the first time I tried the Corestretch I could feel my legs and back stretching. I was surprised how tight I actually was. I used it for 5-10 minutes and I could pain-free touch my toes, for the first time in two years. It is very simple to use...one of those " I could have thought of this" things, but boy does it stretch. For me, it is the best stretching device for my back and legs I have tried. I have told several people about this product, and have not heard a single complaint. I think this is a winner.

Valeo Yoga Mat, Purple Review

(More customer reviews)I find this dark plum-colored mat attractive, sticky and a stable source for downward dog poses, upward bow variations, shoulder stands and everything else. It's long enough for me to keep my entire body on the mat when lying down (I'm 5'4). It's a good, basic product. The mat didn't even have a strong "new mat" smell when freshly opened, which was a plus.
My husband uses the mat for more conventional workouts - as a base for crunches and push ups. We've even used it for tai chi and qi gong.
At a good price point, this product's usefulness lies in between a light traveling yoga mat and a thick plush one. I found it too big to fold into my suitcase when I took a flight (actually, it could have been squished down to fit, but took up more room than I had to spare). So I do have to travel without a mat when I fly.
On the other hand, the mat is on the thin side when using over a bare, non-carpeted flooring. I have tried some of my friends' thicker mats, and those are much more comfortable on the heels of the hands in sideways planks and frequent knee-bearing transitions.
In a way, it might be better to have two mats - one light, thin one for traveling, and one thick, plush one for home use. I have actually ordered a second mat for my husband that I plan to use when he is not, doubling up on the mats for extra cushy comfort.
However, if you are limited in space or budget, or otherwise only need one good fitness/yoga mat, this mat is a solid choice.

It is super study--well made--it's great because it folds up like a regular folding chair for easy storage. I also bought the "short stroke bicycle attachment", but not through Amazon, since it wasn't available there. This is great because I can excersize my knees without putting all weight on them, which hurts. I saw the chair only advertised on TV for $400.00, and it got it for $239.00 from Amazon with NO shipping charge!! The bicycle attachment was $70.00. The whole thing is a great deal and is perfect for people who are overweight, have certain medical problems, elderly, etc.

Valeo Yoga Kit Review

I was afraid this cheaper kit (compared to other brands) would arrive and be all, well, cheap and crappy, but I was pleasantly surprised when I opened this package. The mat is nice, sufficiently thick and sticky; the strap seems sturdy, and the blocks are nice and soft but firm. The material that the carrying bag is made out of does seem a bit thin, but still very useable, and hey all this for barely over 20 bucks, the bag is really just an extra in my eyes. If you are looking for an inexpensive but very functional kit to begin yoga, this kit is it.
UPDATE: Over a year later, this kit is still going strong, no problems whatsoever from anything. I use it regularly and it is holding up very well. Very pleased with this purchase.
