It was simple to inflate and was even a bit of a workout. :) I can already feel a difference in my posture and I can really feel my muscles working in my thighs, back, and abs. If you lift both feet off the ground just a tiny bit every once in a while, it's a fantastic ab workout. I know that I will really enjoy my new "office chair". :) I highly recommend this to anyone that has a desk job and is looking to burn some extra calories while they work.

Gut Buster Origional Pull Up Exerciser 10301 Review

(More customer reviews)This is great product that first came to my attention in the mid-1980's. I used to have one but lost it somewhere during a move. I recommend it because it helps ease the back tension for sit-ups while helping pull your upper body forward. The down side is that I've never been able to use it effectively for pulling the lower body toward my chest. It can be done, but that procedure is awkward, as you will immediately notice if you use this product. I use a different approach for that. There is no magic bullet for exercise and health. We all just have to keep at it and use whatever safe and fairly useful products we can find.

that had small weights that could be added or subtracted - I
didn't like them very well. These new ones are just perfect
and resemble the ones I have used at the Physical Therapy
clinic.

(More customer reviews)I was familiar with this product several years ago when it was marketed by Nordik Trak. I believe this product to be a cheaper version of the original. I am a certified hand therapist and I wanted this product for my office. It would be perfect as a wrist-strengthening device - excellent in fact. BUT, the mechanism that adjusts the resistance ( it is a red twisting type adjustment) broke with the first attempted adjustment. Now I am stuck with a device that I cannot adjust!
I tried to get it replaced, but I had discarded the 'original package' and the company will not replace it.

(More customer reviews)This product had potential to be very good,especially for its low price and free shipping.Unfortunately, the product came in a large cardboard box and everything inside was loosely packaged.The frame had a few scratches,the nuts,washer and bolts,were all loose in the box. So,of course,It was missing nuts and washers. So,
I was unable to completely put it together securely. The frame is steel and sturdy, but the seat is hard as a rock and made very cheaply. It also was scunched in certain areas,from being crushed in the box, from poor handling in shipping.
