(More customer reviews)This product had potential to be very good, especially for its low price and free shipping.Unfortunately, the product came in a large cardboard box and everything inside was loosely packaged. The frame had a few scratches, the nuts, washer and bolts, were all loose in the box. So,of course,It was missing nuts and washers. So,
I was unable to completely put it together securely. The frame is steel and sturdy, but the seat is hard as a rock and made very cheaply. It also was scunched in certain areas, from being crushed in the box, from poor handling in shipping.
