(More customer reviews)I got this exercise pulley for my Mom after she had shoulder acromioplasty in both shoulders. It is similar to one she used at a physical therapy facility. The mechanism is smooth and sturdy and it has worked well. The only thing that could be improved is if the door hanger was longer and the pulleys came out from the door further. My Mom is wheelchair bound so it's hard to get centered under the pulleys for her to use it.

(More customer reviews)The Home Ranger shoulder pulley works very well. I'm using it as a supplement to physical therapy for my shoulder and find that it does the job. It's quiet, stays in place well over the door and is easy to put up and take down. My only slight complaint is that sometimes the rope will slip if you move the handle further up the rope to get a better stretch. Overall, I got what I expected and would recommend this product.

(More customer reviews)This exercise bike provides a great lower body workout. I sit on the edge of my bed and pedal for 20 - 30 minutes while I am watching TV. It increases your heart rate the faster you pedal. This bike works my leg muscles more efficiently than my stair stepper.
I definitely recommend this exercise bike for anyone who wants a great, fun workout.
