(More customer reviews)I got this exercise pulley for my Mom after she had shoulder acromioplasty in both shoulders. It is similar to one she used at a physical therapy facility. The mechanism is smooth and sturdy and it has worked well. The only thing that could be improved is if the door hanger was longer and the pulleys came out from the door further. My Mom is wheelchair bound so it's hard to get centered under the pulleys for her to use it.

I had chronic trouble for more than 4 years with my feet, to the point that I started considered myself as having a severe disability.
Woke up with pain in the morning, could not get up from any sited position without pain, to the degree that pain was the only constant in my life.
Went to physiotherapy for 20 sessions, and still had 65% of the pain left.
My therapist suggested to do stretching exercises.
I came up on this product on ebay (sorry Amazon!!) and bought it.
Today after 3 5 minute sessions, I am for the first time free of pain.
I could say that I am down to 5% of the original pain that haunted my life for more than 4 years.

P.S. I would however suggest watching the video before exercising and in case you are not an athlete, you should start at a lower pace (2x15 seconds) than suggested (3x30 seconds).

(More customer reviews)The Home Ranger shoulder pulley works very well. I'm using it as a supplement to physical therapy for my shoulder and find that it does the job. It's quiet, stays in place well over the door and is easy to put up and take down. My only slight complaint is that sometimes the rope will slip if you move the handle further up the rope to get a better stretch. Overall, I got what I expected and would recommend this product.

It's bright orange, doesn't smell and allows her to stretch it , roll it into shapes and stays usable even if certain older siblings forget to put the top on. I received it just a few days after I ordered it. A great product and company!

(More customer reviews)My 2 year old is going through physical therapy. She was terrified of being manipulated on the big therapy ball. I ordered the "peanut" to see if it might be a better fit.
She loves it. It's made of a very strong rubber material that really stands up to a beating. The best part is that since she can roll and be manipulated without a fear of falling off, she's more willing to work with the therapist. After only a few weeks she's more open to using both the peanut and the therapy ball. Saved us literally hours of yelling and hollering!
