(More customer reviews)I'd used this ball in the gym and liked it, so I bought one. However, the one I got completely blemmed out after a couple days. It went completely out of round and the inconsistent rubber quality caused a small section of the ball to bulge out like a tumor. I'm just sorry I'd already thrown away the packaging or I would have returned it. Now it's in a landfill somewhere.

Cons: the pressure against the doorframe ruin your door, be careful. Extends only from one side so if you install it in a wide doorway the handles are uneven.

Valeo Neoprene Waist Trimmer, 1 Size Review

(More customer reviews)I'm going back into the military and need to get into shape. My recruiter told me that he and other guys in the office used neoprene belts during PT and throughout the day.
I was very sceptical, at first. After the first weekend of using it, I have lost a little over an inch on my waist. Suprised me--it really does do the job.
Unlike a few other belts out there, this one would fit nearly everyone AND is washable.

Resistance Toning Tube - Medium Review

(More customer reviews)I've never used resistance tubing before so I don't really have anything to compare it to. I actually really like this product. However, I feel a little miss led because the picture shows 3 items. I received the red or the (medium). Seems to work great. The resistive tubing seems rather long. I'm 6'4" and in some exercises like the resistive band shrug I have to double up the tubing to get rid of the slack. I probably just need to cut it to a length that works for me. I do love being able to work out without expensive or heavy weights. Great product if you travel a lot. I would have given it 5 stars if it came with the other two bands depicted in the picture. For that I'm only giving 3 stars.

(More customer reviews)In the mid 1980s, I bought the Body Exerciser from American Consumer. It amazed me at how well it took inches off of my thighs. Over the years, some of the plastic pulleys wore down, so I have been looking for a replacement. The Bally Fitness Pilates Door Knob Rope Exerciser comes close to matching the Body Exerciser. It has three minor problems that if you are willing to work with, will do the job that the Body Exerciser does. First, it squeaks. Second, the loop that fits over the door knob has a tendency to slide off easily. Last, the rope itself is too short (I am 5'4"). I easily solved all of these problems. I ignore the squeak. I added extra rope to the loop section and to the exercise section. I have been using the Bally Exerciser and am already seeing my thighs and abdomen tighten up and slim down. The results I obtained with this product were excellent, which made its imperfections acceptable.
