(More customer reviews)My first thought is that if you swing when you use this product you probably have bad form on all of your moves in the gym. This is far superior to a captains chair because you don't have a rigid object babysitting your hind end and to push against. If you swing, you need to smoothly counteract and summon your core balance. Try not to swing and that's when your crazy abs are born. Slow down, control your movement, impress ladies with six gnarly, toned bumps on your belly. That's what I do. I'm starting to look like that muscle guy from the anatomy class books.

(More customer reviews)I have purchased power pushup 3 from lifeline two times.
First time I bought it, it was christmas ti me of 2009. I liked it a lot since I was looking for a way to overload my chest muscle at home with minimal equipments.
It was challenging for me and I could bench press 315 lbs 3 times at gym. After about 3 months, handles, which are made from rubber, started tearing. You see, their bands are good quality product.
But the handles couldn't withstand all that resistance from pushing so they went. Since I liked it so much, I bought another one thinking maybe, I did something wrong to cause the tear on the handles. Well, after 2 month of use, same thing happened. I sent an email to the company directly and complained. They said to take a picture of torn handles and send it back.
Done and THAT WAS 6 MONTH AGO!! I was asking if they sell handles separately at all. No response. I heard lifeline was a reputable company.
MAybe it's just me with bad experience or I heard it wrong. If you are going to put average bands ( purple bands that come with power push up 3 or one step up, which is red bands ), don't get surprised when the handles suddenly tear.

(More customer reviews)Holy crap! This thing is freakin awesome, because you don't need to do too many and you feel the burn right away. With it's 2 rubber wheels and rubber handles, it makes it very easy to grip onto the ground and your hands. Just do at least 3 sets of 10 reps a day then you'll be doing more in no time! I already see the cut down the middle of my abs and it's already starting to form the 6 pack I wanted. The only thing is is that it heavily works out the upper abs so fast. The lower abs don't get that much of a work out, but it sure works it hard. Just go running or something to get rid of the fat from the lower abs and you'll be good in no time
