Completley awesome. I give it a 5 star rating especially since installation was very SIMPLE. This bench is sturdy, and comfy. I weight at 150 5'7 and was pushing 2x50pds dumbells for chest press, flat, decline, incline so that is 250pds on the bench. No shakes, no wobbles. Perfect. Also excellent for abs workout as well. I highly recommend this bench to anyone. ALSO, let me mention, it is VERY VERY COMPACT and there is a latch you can pop out and it folds for storage. AMAZING!

Work your chest, shoulders, triceps, and more without trudging to the gym day after day with the Marcy SB222 four-position utility bench. The SB222 offers a four-position back pad that adjusts to flat, incline, decline, and military positions, so you can easily perform bench presses, shoulder presses, seated bicep curls, and a host of other exercises with nothing more than the bench and a pair of dumbbells. The bench--which also supports traditional sit-ups and abdominal leg raises--is comfortable, too, with high-density two-tone bench pads made of top-grade plywood and deluxe upholstery. And thanks to the 14-gauge heavy-duty steel frame and sturdy no-tip front and rear stabilizers, the bench is extremely safe and durable. Other features include easy saw-tooth-style back seat pads, oversized vinyl-wrapped leg roller pads, and a small footprint that folds flat for easy storage. Capable of adapting to most squat racks, half cages, and Smith machines, the bench measures 48 by 42 by 22.5 inches (W x H x D) and weighs 28 pounds.
