(More customer reviews)When I started physical therapy after having arthroscopic surgery for Impingement of the Shoulder, the therapist wanted me to use the shoulder pulley at home as part of my recovery exercises. I am very pleased with this Home Ranger Shoulder Pulley. It is the same exact one that is used at my physical therapy center and has helped me increase by range of motion. It is sturdy and well made. The two pulleys offered at my local medical supply store cost twice as much and were not made nearly as well.
