That's great customer service! As far as results it's still too soon to tell, but my jeans are fitting better in the tummy area.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this ball to use to apply more concentrated pressure than I can get with a foam roller. It came with no directions. That made it difficult to understand the purpose of the ball and the proper inflation. It seems to me that for this to work the pressure should be 50 - 100 psi. As I pumped the ball up - the ball kept getting bigger but not much harder. I am not sure what the ball is for, but it is not for deep tissue massage. I can get a *lot* more pressure from a foam roller - this ball was a disappointment.

Crunches and regular sit-ups tend not to work all the stomach muscles or is [....] the back. However, when used at base of your back, this ball really helps focus on the core muscles. I highly recommend this product.

(More customer reviews)Although this mini fit ball appeared to be of good quality, it was far larger than the advertised 7 inches. Gently inflated, the diameter of the ball was at least 9.5 inches. OK but not for what I needed (Pilates mat work). I returned the product to Amazon at their cost for shipping because of this error.
