(More customer reviews)This twisty exercise is something I'm actually likely to do -- it definitely appeals to the wiggly little kid in me :) The board is pretty small but not too small for me (with size 8 women's feet), although you can't really place your feet more than a few inches apart. I didn't find it hard to balance on at all, as long as you're careful when you step onto it. It worked fine and I was having fun twisting away, but then maybe only about 20 minutes in, I heard a "crack" and a strange noise -- turns out one of the little rolly balls on the inside somehow became dislodged, and now there's a sort of a "dent" spot in it, and I'm worried that if I keep using it it will actually crack. I don't know whether this was because of some manufacturing flaw or what. I'm not a small girl -- me + the weights I was using are probably nearly 200 pounds taken together -- but it seems to me like exercise tools ought to be built for people who could stand to lose a few, you know? I would love this if only it didn't seem like it was on the verge of breaking. I can't really say I feel like I overspent though, since it was so cheap to begin with...

I absolutely adore the vitality and energy lift I receive after using a chi machine. The swing action is gentle and loosens the muscle tension/stress in the body. I feel a release after using the machine for a mere five minutes. The Swing Master Deluxe model is far superior to the original in that it gives you the option of adjusting the speeds through a hand-held controller. This is a very important and key feature in my opinion. I suggest that one also compares the Chi Vitalizer, as this is definitely my favorite of the chi machines! All About Massagers was helpful and professional.

(More customer reviews)The machine itself is built sturdy and works just fine, a few draw backs to this product.
one being the packaging it was shipped in, it had nothing to really protect the machine while shipping when i got mine the control knob was broken into pieces, It still had a large enough piece to grab to adjust it so it wasn't too bad, I was able to glue it back together.
It has a god awful metal against metal screech when using it on a higher level of resistance, it is easily fixed by opening it up and adding some oil to the belt and metal wheel, once it is oiled the sound isn't noticeable.
The rubber grips are pretty much useless on anything but a carpet, once you start peddling at a faster speed it just starts moving.
The frame is very light weight which does cause another issue when peddling since at times you can life up one side of it and start moving, adding a little weight to the end helps with this.
It is still better than some other ones out there and at a fair price, if you can set up your environment to use this product then it should work just fine.

After having this little doo-dad for a while, I've noticed a major improvement, and by the grace of God, she is walking better, and feels one hundred times better. If your having trouble with your joints, or have problems with arthritis in general, this is the exercise peddler for you. Highly Recommended!
