(More customer reviews)My Dad has had this AbWheel for at least 20 years and he just started using it again at 57. Now he's more ripped then I am and his back, arms, and abs are rock solid. This thing is amazing and simple...the key, start slowly. He challenged me to use it the last time I went to his house, I went up and down twice and felt pretty good about myself (he does 60-100 reps from his knees then another 10 from his toes). The next morning after doing only 2 reps I woke up as sore as if I'd spent the entire day in the gym. I'm buying one of these right now so I can catch up to my Dad. Can't have a 60 year old man looking better than his 20-something son.
