(More customer reviews)wow so i took this out of its box and thought o god this is gonna be cheap and not work because its really simple and small. but the first roll i did with it i felt a good burn in my abs and arms. after a few minutes i felt like my abs were gonna explode with ripness. it definately works great for a great price. i have one of those ab blaster lounges too- and this works sooooo much better than that. those things are boring and i dont feel a burn for a long time.
