(More customer reviews)Had to replace an old balance ball so that I could do physical therapy exercises at home for my back (herniated disk). The old ball's manufacturer seems to have gone out of business, as I found out when trying to get a replacement plug. Soooo, long story, couldn't get a plug so bought this ball. It seems to stay inflated better, but the best part was when I called Harbinger to see about getting plugs in case I run into the same trouble as I did with the old ball. The woman who answered at Harbinger was great, put some extras in an envelope and mailed them out the same day. I don't know if I'll ever need them but the fact that there still is CUSTOMER SERVICE in this country is heartwarming.
