(More customer reviews)I was familiar with this product several years ago when it was marketed by Nordik Trak. I believe this product to be a cheaper version of the original. I am a certified hand therapist and I wanted this product for my office. It would be perfect as a wrist-strengthening device - excellent in fact. BUT, the mechanism that adjusts the resistance ( it is a red twisting type adjustment) broke with the first attempted adjustment. Now I am stuck with a device that I cannot adjust!
I tried to get it replaced, but I had discarded the 'original package' and the company will not replace it.
