(More customer reviews)In 2006, I suffered a severe asthma attack, leaving me barely able to breathe or function. One of the items given to me by my care takers was an incentive spirometer - ie, this product. It took a very long time, but this instrument was a key in getting my lungs back to functional.
I am also a musician, non-professionally. I've seen huge, and I do mean hugely huge, improvement in my lung capacity, over time. I'm much more effective than I used to be.
