(More customer reviews)Exercise Peddler With Handle Ordered it on Mon. 11/29. Received it Wed. 12/1. Damaged box with assembly parts missing. Called Alltime Med. and they were closed for the day. Sent them an email with 2 pics of the damaged box. Phoned All time Med., Thur. morning, 12/2, and was told a new unit was being sent out to me. New Unit arrived Fri. 12/3. Box in perfect condition with all parts in box. I am 74-years-old with a nicked bone in my foot, making exercise walking a problem. Sitting on the edge of my bed with an mp3 player plugged in I did 10 minutes. Now, Sat. morning, just did 20 minutes, my heart rate was 96 bpm. I will do another 20 minutes this afternoon and maybe another 20 minutes before bed. For now 60 minutes a day sounds very good to me. By next week I will be doing 30 minutes at a time. I feel good about being in control of my own blood flow, again.
Almost 9 weeks into my peddler. Found a place for set-up where the peddler and the chair I am sitting on does not move. I am overjoyed that I found this, by accident, as it is one of few things I would suggest to all those needing to exercise there heart, and other muscles. I use the Charles Atlas, method of dynamic tension. At 8AM or 9AM I do 50 minutes while catching up on American History in old textbooks. In the afternoon, I do another 15 minutes. As I see it, one must do at least 15 min. at one time, the more the better...
REMEMBER: It was ALLtimemed that was the dealer I purchased the Peddler from, that sent the replacement, quickly.
