I have a sensy ball which looks like the ball pictured but the ones i ordered are like a spiky ball which can be used for massage. They are also a little smaller and do not come with the the nossle needed to pump the ball. (luckily i had my nossle from the 'real sensy ball' to do so). Other than that i can still use the ball for all of the pilates exercise that i use the other ball for.
