(More customer reviews)My first pedometer from Sportline worked only a few days (digital display completely disappeared), so I returned it to them, and after over two months and several emails from me to them, they replaced it with this Sportline 350. The first two days, it worked fine, although it seemed to count many more steps than it should have. The third day, in the middle of the day it said approx. 3400 steps, later that afternoon it said 1300 steps, and by nighttime the display totally disappeared, and never came back. I just sent the second one back, and am expecting that again it will take several weeks and multiple emails to get the situation resolved with their slow customer service. Their products seem to be very poorly made, and I don't expect to purchase any more.... after reading the reviews, I have just purchased an Omron, and am hoping it will be much more reliable.
