(More customer reviews)Got this to do - you guessed it: ab crunches. Have a setup with my lat tower and a 6' cable going laterally to the bench with this at the end, for the best angle of resistance. Works quite well. Heard of other users kneeling on the floor and moving downward (as if to kiss the floor) but I found this motion awkward. I much prefer my longer cable laterally over to a bench setup - works great!
