(More customer reviews)I like this ball but it's not as big as I thought it would be. I believe this ball was measured deflated and is 22cm deflated, not inflated. I'm 5'3" and this ball is too small for me to use properly. I had previously purchased a stability ball from Fitness Quest. Same measurements but a bigger ball. My younger son works out with me and has no problem with this ball. My best advice is, if in doubt, see if you can contact someone before purchasing and ask if the ball was measure inflated or deflated. Still a quality ball. Just be careful on the size ordered to make sure you are getting what you need for your workouts.

(More customer reviews)This was big enough to use as a chair, but I went back to the standard office chair after the novelty wore off. I use this mostly to just bend backwards and chill out. The pump that came with it was easy to use, but I think I read others had problems. Not sure why. It's a good size (I'm 5' 8") and I wouldn't want a smaller one. How much can you say about a ball? It deflates for storage. Can be rolled out of way for those that don't want to lift it. If you drop it, it won't break. Oh well, don't take my word for it. Read yet another review about a ball to be sure.

(More customer reviews)I'm 6'5" 270 pounds. So when I looked into stability balls I was really concerned with whether one would support me. So far, so good. I got it yesterday, blew it up in a few minutes, and sat on it (hesitantly at first) for over an hour. Then worked out for about an hour. It seems very durable and able to maintain my weight without a problem. The exercises on this thing are super effective, as I can feel today. The ball is just right as far as size goes.
Someone complained about the pump, but I found it efficient. It's like a huge syringe. It worked fine. It only took me a few minutes to pump the ball up and that was with my one year old hanging on me so he could mess with the ball.
If something happens and this product fails in some way, I will immediately update this review so that anyone who's concerned can know. So if you don't see an update, the TKO's going strong.

(More customer reviews)I've had two GoFit yoga balls in a row and both have exploded after moderate use. The first time, the bottom ruptured on a seam but the ball deflated slowly so I had time to prevent a fall. The second time, I was just sitting on the ball in lotus position when the entire ball came apart under me and caused a painful fall.
For the record, I'm 5'11" and 195 pounds.
