(More customer reviews)This little gyroscope is a great forearm and wrist trainer, but only if used in addition to a "wrist roller." Wrist Roller This will initially feel like it is a good workout, but you will strengthen these small muscles very quickly. After about a week, you should be using this AFTER you have fatigues your forearm and wrist muscles with a different exercise. (Again, I recommend using a wrist roller the most.) If you do this, you will see the largest results, and develop much stronger wrist and forearm muscles.
