(More customer reviews)I purchased this slant board in hopes that it would suffice for a weight bench while lifting weights at home. I am THRILLED with this purchase. It has more than exceded my expectations. It is solidly constructed and very nice looking. It is easily stored away as it will slide right under the bed or stand up in the closet much like an ironing board. The padding for the legs while working abs is great and provides nice support behind the knee. You can adjust this so that you have an incline or a flat bench for such exercises as dumbbell flyes or bench presses. This is a really great product and I'm so happy I made the investment. If you're looking for a "weight bench" to use for at home weight lifting/exercises, I highly recommend this slant board. It's also very light weight! I'm 5'9" and 170lbs and it more than provides room and support for my body. I think even guys/gals over 6'0" would work well too! GREAT PRODUCT!
