FitDeck Core Blast Review
Average Reviews:
(More customer reviews)great adder to your fitdeck. shuffle these into your standard deck or do them on their own. my abs are on fire after only a couple of these cards. Fitdeck doesnt really introduce new exercises, but it is a really convenient way to trick yourself into a workout. just do a couple of cards on commercial breaks and you dont even notice your working out.
