(More customer reviews)After a couple of weeks of use I have to say that while this is a quality product and does what it is advertised to do I still get a better workout from the Dynaflex powerball. The powerball does what this trainer does and more. I was expecting the TourGrip trainer to work my forearm more, but it does it less. It is a more gentle introduction to the Dynaflex line of trainers.
If you have a powerball, then the TourGrip does not really add anything to and is harder to get started, but once going the handle makes it easier to keep it going for longer.
If you have neither and want a golf specific workout, then you can't go wrong with the TourGrip, but I would still recommend the powerball.

Endorsed by 2005 and 2006 Remax Long Drive Champion Gerry James, the DynaFlex TourGrip gyro helps increase your range and accuracy on the course. The gyro is outfitted with a patented golf handle that's similar to a genuine golf grip, along with an internal motor that reaches speeds of up to 9,000 rpm and 25 pounds of torque resistance. Once you turn on the motor, the grip offers a proven and effective way to strengthen arms, wrists, forearms, triceps, and biceps. The TourGrip also aids in the rehabilitation and prevention of carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, arthritis, and Tendonitis. The TourGrip--which is not guaranteed to cure and/or prevent any type of musculoskeletal injuries--comes with an instructional training CD.
