the good.
I like the rotation counter. It's fairly accurate.
The rope adjusts easily for different heights
Its light weight and you can get some good speed with it.
the bad.
The spinning mechanism is not good.
I've been working for about 6 weeks with a weighted rope (beads) and i want to enhance speed and do tricks like doubles and crossing over. The spinning mechanism does not prevent tangling at all!!! The better I get, the more I notice it. The spinning mechanism on mine kind of gets hung up on the right handle, so that is a problem too.
This is the biggest problem I've noticed.
The rope is hollow and cheap. It broke once on me, just at the edge though. wasn't a big deal.
It looks blue in the picture but when i got it, its purple. For dudes, that's a no no.I'm sending it back. Im very serious about jump rope as a new talent and a great work out. I've made huge strides and I don't think this jump rope will get me where I want to be.
I've ordered buddy lee's top of the line rope and I'll review it in a few weeks.

It has bearings so should spin better
unfortunately, no counter. but i guess i should be using the clock anyway
