I bought this to sit on at work. I was hoping that it would help my posture (I have a tendency to slump) and strengthen my core to help address some lower back problems.
After a month of use, I love it and have recommended it to several people--including people at work who want to know what the heck I'm sitting on.
As I hoped, it basically demands good posture. Also, my abs are definitely getting stronger. I could feel it working about 20 minutes into the first time I sat on it. And today I noticed in the mirror that my upper abs definitely have more definition.
Great for anyone who wants a core strengthening exercise they don't have to think about and that doesn't add any time to your day.
