(More customer reviews)The Sprint Elliptical Cross Trainer gives me a low impact exercise, without putting stress on my ankles, knees, hips, or back. My feet never leave the large pedals and the circular movement is smooth and quiet. The Elliptical has a variable resistance level from low to high, and the digital console gives me several options I can add to my workout: Elapsed Time or Time Remaining, Calories-Distance-Watts, R.P.M./M.F.H., Resistance, and Target Heart Rate. I usually just get on and go, while increasing the resistance as I warm up. The Elliptical keeps track of the time for me.
