Where do I start with this piece of JUNK?
Ok, how about we start with the quality of the DVD itself. The picture is pure CRAP. It looks like an old VHS tape that was rented and viewed 1000 times, then shabbily transfered to the cheapest DVD money could buy. Maybe it was recorded onto a DVD-RW that they pulled out of someone's trashcan.
THAT'S how bad the picture is.
Next, and most importantly, the reason you BOUGHT this DVD is the actual exercises themselves.
They are RIDICULOUSLY EASY! You do NOT have to be in shape to do these, and while I understand the reason you want to get this is to get INTO shape, if they don't challenge you at all, then you will not see ANY results.
I also understand that they are CRUNCHLESS abs, but the problem is, I didn't feel ANYTHING remotely resembling a workout that tells me that my abs are indeed working.
Bottom line, I've been doing these exercises for over a month, and I have not felt or seen a single difference.
I simply cannot recommend this product at this price when there are definitely better options out there.
Simply put, if you want good abs, you're going to have CRUNCH.
